After an intense product range analysis, we developed a market positioning strategy and a design concept. Based on which, we created the entire glove collection and brand identity. We defined the number of SKUs and chose the cost points, fabrics and membranes. 

We designed each and every glove, and led the product development all the way to bulk production level.
